ggperya Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary documents referenced herein:

• "ggperya," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ggperya online gaming platform operating under PAGCOR regulation and accessible at ggperya.vu.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ggperya platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the ggperya registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their ggperya account using any of the supported Philippine payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by ggperya.
• "Platform" means the ggperya website, mobile browser interface, all associated games, payment systems, customer support channels, and any other features or services offered under the ggperya brand.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing online and land-based gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations.

By accessing the ggperya Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in a demonstration capacity — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference herein, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting ggperya support.

ggperya reserves the right to require re-acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly following material updates. In such cases, you will be prompted to review and confirm acceptance upon next login before proceeding.

To create an Account and participate in real-money gaming on ggperya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations applicable to casino-style games in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal structures are not eligible to hold a ggperya Account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful. ggperya does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online casino gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ggperya, nor a close family member of any such person, unless explicit written exemption has been granted by ggperya management.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the ggperya Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator.
• You must not have self-excluded from gambling through a PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program or any similar program that covers the ggperya Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

ggperya reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, PhilSys, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership, at any time and at ggperya's sole discretion.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the ggperya Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts attributable to a single Player is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ggperya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any or all associated Accounts and to forfeit balances held therein.

Players are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes;
• All activity conducted through their Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by the Player;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses their Account for any purpose;
• Promptly notifying ggperya support at [email protected] of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach affecting their Account.

ggperya shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized Account access where such access results from the Player's failure to adequately secure their credentials.

ggperya reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

ggperya supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ggperya does not accept deposits made in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or via payment methods not listed on the Platform's current payment page.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to a Player's Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ggperya does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. ggperya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal may be processed;
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ggperya's payments team;
• Bonus Balances and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Balance wagering are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• ggperya targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution;
• ggperya reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding thresholds established under AMLA compliance requirements.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance in accordance with Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. ggperya is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

ggperya may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free play credits, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms, which may include minimum deposit requirements, game-type restrictions, or geographic limitations;
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any un-wagered Bonus Balance remaining upon expiry will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation;
• ggperya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already satisfied the qualifying conditions for a promotion prior to its cancellation will not be retroactively affected;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple Accounts, coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements at low risk, or any form of bonus arbitrage — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

All games available on the ggperya Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general gameplay provisions apply across all product verticals:

• All wagers placed and accepted by the Platform are final and binding. ggperya does not accept requests to void or reverse wagers once the game round or betting event has commenced;
• All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games use certified RNG systems that have been tested and approved for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ggperya's game logs and server records shall constitute the definitive record of the game outcome. If a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance;
• ggperya reserves the right to suspend access to any game or betting market at any time for maintenance, compliance review, or operational reasons without prior notice;
• Sports betting odds and live betting markets are subject to change without notice. Wagers placed before any odds change are honored at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed by the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggperya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain any advantage over other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or discovered bug are void and subject to reversal;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games, poker, or bingo rooms;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds from unlawful activity in violation of Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments;
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or using a payment method not in the Player's own name;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used for wagering;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited, using VPN, proxy services, or other means of IP obfuscation to circumvent geographic restrictions.

ggperya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling among Filipino players. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines, ggperya provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from a Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts that notify them of the time elapsed in their current gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the ggperya Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying net session profit/loss and session duration are available to all Players upon request.

ggperya strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player who has reason to believe they may be under 21, or that they may be accessing the Platform in violation of PAGCOR age restrictions, should immediately cease use and contact support.

All content on the ggperya Platform — including but not limited to the ggperya brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ggperya or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from ggperya;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content;
• Use the ggperya brand, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose or in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ggperya's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggperya's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggperya shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network downtime, device incompatibility, or third-party service provider failures beyond ggperya's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's own failure to comply with these Terms or to use the Platform's responsible gaming tools;
• Losses or damages arising from force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits ggperya's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by ggperya's direct actions where such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

ggperya is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and efficiently. In the event of any dispute arising from use of the Platform, Players must follow the escalation process outlined below before pursuing any external remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to ggperya's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Provide full details of the issue including Account ID, date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and supporting evidence where available. ggperya will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your dispute is not resolved at the support level within five (5) business days, you may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to ggperya's compliance team. ggperya will provide a written determination within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a complete formal complaint.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through ggperya's internal process, Players may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint mechanism. ggperya will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation.

Players agree to use ggperya's internal dispute resolution process in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.

ggperya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ggperya will notify affected Players through one or more of the following means: a notification displayed upon next login, an email to the address registered on the Account, or a notice posted on the Platform's homepage.

For non-material or minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, or updates required to maintain regulatory compliance — ggperya may implement changes without prior notice, effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's binding acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to any amendment must cease use of the Platform and close their Account before the amendment's effective date.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The ggperya Platform operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory matters relating to ggperya's gaming operations shall be subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and applicable Philippine gaming legislation, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter) as amended by Republic Act No. 9487.

Anti-money laundering obligations are governed by Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) and its amendments, including Republic Act No. 10365, Republic Act No. 10927, and their implementing rules and regulations as issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

Data privacy obligations are governed by Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the rules and regulations promulgated by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). For details on how ggperya processes your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
